My journey started in 1998 when my late husband suddenly passed. I found myself heartbroken and angry, with lots of questions. Why me? Why were my

two young boys denied the chance to spend time with their father? Then came the grieving process. This pain pushed me to ask questions about the afterlife. That’s when my spiritual awakening began. I was guided by spirit to read ‘Erroneous Zones’ written by Wayne Dyer. This was the defining moment where the magic began! From then on, I was no longer a victim. I began to understand my purpose in life and the contracts made with other souls before we incarnate on Earth to learn our lessons.

Dolores Cannon then taught me the beauty of hypnosis. I was immediately drawn to her teachings.

She became one of my mentors and inspired me to become a hypnosis practitioner.

My intuition then guided me to Aurora Rising Phoenix's videos on YouTube.

My kind and loving mentor taught me The A.U.R.A. Hypnosis technique.

Her healing technique amazed me! I had a beautiful experience that empowered me to continue my hypnosis education journey.

Through her technique, you are able to connect with your higher self by using sacred energy work and a relaxing sound bath.

What to Expect

During my sessions, I focus on what your soul needs to heal.

When emotional blocks from trauma manifest physically, I identify them and assist in liberating them to allow your wellness to flow again.

It is common to connect with deceased loved ones, spirit guides, and your Higher Self.

Since our soul is living hundreds of lives at once, sometimes issues and traumas from those other lives "bleed" into the life we are focused on now.

This may be the reason you have a certain phobia, allergy, or physical ailment.

Due to the trauma or injury you are carrying from another lifetime, your body is always trying to tell us something and will use aches, pains, and illnesses to communicate with us.

With the guidance of my intuition, I help you connect to your own heart and soul to feel the joy of listening to your inner wisdom.
